“Reach Out is not a substitute for emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 108 (in India) or visit the nearest hospital immediately. Our ambulance services are subject to availability and response time may vary based on traffic and operational factors.”

“While we strive to provide the best possible home healthcare and ambulance services, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. The availability of medical professionals, nurses, and caregivers depends on scheduling, demand, and service area coverage.”

“Reach Out, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Users accept full responsibility for their healthcare decisions and actions.”

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations for services provided by Reach Out Home Health Care. By using our app or website, you agree to comply with this policy. 

  1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: 

  • Online Payments: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets
  • Cash Payments: Available for all services.
  • Bank Transfers: Available for bulk payments and all types of services 
  1. Payment Terms
  • Payments must be made in advance for most services.
  • Certain services may allow partial advance payments, with the balance payable upon completion like blood sampling and Ambulance services.
  • Invoices and payment receipts will be sent to the registered email or mobile number.
  • Failure to clear dues may result in service suspension until payment is received within 24 hrs.
  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days to the original payment method.
  • Administration Charges is 10% on remaining refund amount.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Users can cancel their booking through the app, website, or by contacting customer support.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund (administrative charges may apply).
  • “If the service is cancelled during the package period, the charges will be recalculated based on the standard service rates (original price per service). Additionally, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the remaining balance before processing the refund.”
  1. Service-Specific Pricing
  • Prices may vary based on the type of service, location, duration, and additional requirements.
  • Users will be informed of the pricing before confirming a booking.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to special requests or extended service time will be billed separately.
