2. Services Provided

• • Reach Out provides home healthcare services, medical assistance, and ambulance services. 

• • Service availability is subject to location and staff availability. 

3. User Responsibilities

• • Provide accurate and updated personal information. 

• • Use services lawfully and ethically. 

• • Do not misuse, copy, or distribute service materials without permission. 

4. Payment & Refunds

• • Payments must be made in advance for certain services. 

• • Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases as per our refund policy. 

5. Limitation of Liability

• • Reach Out is not responsible for any delays, unforeseen medical complications, or third-party errors. 

• • We do not guarantee specific health outcomes. 

6. Termination of Services

6.1 User-Initiated Termination : Users may discontinue using Reach Out services at any time. However, any pending payments must be cleared before termination.  If the user has subscribed to a package or prepaid service, cancellation policies as per the Payment Policy will apply. 

6.2 Service Provider-Initiated Termination : Reach Out reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to services in the following cases: 

Violation of Terms & Conditions: If the user breaches any policy, including misuse of services, fraudulent activities, or inappropriate behavior towards staff. 

Non-Payment of Dues: If payments remain unpaid beyond the due date. 

6.3 Consequences of Termination : Upon termination, the user may lose access to all services, data, and benefits associated with their account. If terminated due to policy violations, the user may be permanently restricted from future services. 

Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy
